Martin oversees all areas of Counties, our collaborations, and the day to day management of Network Regional Connectors and Training. ...Martin is married to Rachel, and they have three daughters – Keren, Anna and Emily. After moving from his home in Northern Ireland and studying at GLO in Scotland, (now Tilsley College), Martin joined the Counties training programme in 1991, subsequently becoming the Counties evangelist for Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Andrew joined Counties as an evangelist in January 2015 having been a secondary school teacher for over 20 years. Andrew connects with the community as a Secondary School Chaplain, co-running a drop in Community Hub, and is part of an Open the Book team. Andrew and Rachel co-lead a week-long Suffolk Family Camp as well as an Autumn break at Sizewell Hall. Andrew and his wife, Rachel, live in Maldon, Essex and are part of the leadership at Fullbridge Church. They have 4 adult children.

Jonathan has previously worked at a church, in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation unit, has a Mathematical Economics degree, a degree from London School of Theology, and an Institute of Leadership and Management qualification. Jonathan is married to Ruth and has three children. He lives in Westbury and is in leadership at Warminster Baptist Church.
James Hyde

James oversees project planning and analysis to better serve churches; Neighbourhood Chaplains Facilitation; Church planters coaching; Connect Conference Production and the day to day systems used by Counties staff. ...James was a solicitor in the water and waste industry until leaving to work at Grosvenor Church in 2004, where he was a Pastor and then Admin Elder until 2023 and now works part time as Treasurer. His 2020 Masters in Applied Theology dissertation focused on Christian Mentoring in Counties. He is married to Debbie and they have two sons. They live in the south-west of England.

....After graduating from University in Plymouth with a degree in Outdoor Adventure Education, Dave went on to work in an outdoor education centre for two years. Dave is currently involved in leading his church youth group and Christian activity holidays in Cornwall, Herefordshire and Shropshire. This equipped him with the skills and vision to join the Counties team in 2018.

With a passion to tell others, she attends a church plant and innovated alpaca-evangelism to reach the local community. She also hosts a discipleship house group. Her training skills are used in teaching animal care to students with additional learning needs.
